About
If every call costs money, people stop calling — and then we find out about the problem in March when it is expensive. So we price monthly and include the questions. Clients ring before signing the lease instead of after, which is the entire point of having an accountant.
“Four years of unfiled returns and I was genuinely sick about it. They sorted it, negotiated the payment plan, and never once made me feel like an idiot.”
Denise W. · Saskatoon
“The fixed monthly fee means I actually phone them before making a decision. My old accountant charged me for a six-minute call once and I never called again.”
Pardeep S. · Warman
“They restructured how I pay myself and it saved more in the first year than three years of their fees.”
Marc-André T. · Saskatoon

FAQ
Personal returns from $180, small business packages from $450 a month, corporate year-ends from $2,200 and incorporation from $1,100. Every engagement is quoted before any work starts.
No. Calls and emails are included in the monthly fee — that is the whole design. We would much rather you ask before you act.
Yes, and it is more common than you think. We handle late returns, CRA reviews and payment arrangements regularly. Nobody here will lecture you.
Personal returns are due April 30, self-employed June 15 (with tax owing still due April 30), and corporate six months after year-end. Ask the assistant and it will work out yours.
